Care+ Kidney from Nuclear Care Partners is the first comprehensive, no-cost, in-home kidney care program built exclusively for former Department of Energy (DOE) and atomic workers diagnosed with CKD or ESRD. As a DOL-enrolled provider, we deliver expert, nurse-led care directly in the patient’s home.

Our clinical team delivers up to 24/7 in-home skilled nursing care tailored to each patient’s CKD or ESRD needs. We monitor for early clinical changes, reinforce care plans between office visits, help reduce hospitalizations, and maintain continuous communication with your practice to drive better outcomes.
Our dialysis-trained nurses are skilled in initiating, monitoring, and discontinuing dialysis safely in the home for patients with ESRD, improving long-term treatment adherence, maintaining patient stability, and reducing the burden on overextended family members.

Who is Eligible?
Your patient may qualify for Care+ Kidney if they:
Worked at a Department of Energy (DOE) or nuclear weapons facility
Have (or may qualify for) a DOL White Card under the EEOICPA program.
Have a diagnosis of CKD or ESRD linked to workplace toxic exposure
